Safety

We carry out full monitoring of production processes:

• We give an individual DataMatrix code to all output data. It allows for digital supervision of production, from planning through to shipping.
• Shipment data is saved in a temporary database. Based on it, we carry out printing and enveloping.
• Then, we pass the implemented order to the postal operator.
• We carry out constant quality control at every stage of production, including control over manual processes.

We care for complete data security:

• We closely control the security of variable data. Only authorized employees of Prografix have access to it.
• Processing of data being at our disposal takes place in a separate CCTV monitored area.
• We constantly monitor and test the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures.
• The data we archive is encrypted and pseudonymized.
• We keep the systems and services confidential.
